I’m a 25yo, was at 170 after the pandemic/quarantine and in 7 months, without even changing my diet, I lost 15 pounds from this video mixed with a little bit of yoga. I did this workout 1-2 times a day, 3-4 days a week. I’ve never felt stronger or more proud of myself. The hardest thing is consistency, but just getting on the bike once a week builds motivation. It’s hard, but remember that your body is stronger than your mind. Keep going!! 💪🏼🚴

Hello my bike doesn't show RPMs it shows watts I tried to find something that would convert watts into RPMs can't find anything do you know of anything that will show the conversion first time I did it 69yrs old out if shape felt good

Hi, Kayleigh. How soon would you advise between mixing up the workouts? I’ve been doing this video for 8 days now and have now become comfortable cycling at a relatively quicker speed at level 8
