I don't have any weights, plus I don't have a gym membership. So these exercises are perfect for me. Thanks!
I always strain with my neck! Thank you for the tips and I appreciate that you said "fun" several times! 🙂
I am a personal trainer. I found your videos extremely informative and beneficial especially with the modifications and simple explanation of progression of each movement. I have been training for over 35 yrs and am a senior with multiple injuries along the way(not from working out)I work mostly with senior and your videos are a top added source to my references! thank you.
Been having terrible muscle knots in my back, I’m thinking I need to turn this flab into muscles
Amazing
My abs are solid rock, my abs get a workout 24/7 holding up my belly!!
Does anyone know how many reps and sets should be done, and how often?
Does the height of the bench matter? What is optimal?
I will try the 1st two. The others are really a no go. I really hate floor exercises.
Your instructions are so helpful
I've been trying to follow some core exercises guide for well over a week and nothing helped me get started than each exercise here, so thank you very much for this workout video
Love your content ..so superbly explained in every detail. Love that Sushi dog of yours..so agile just like it’s human mom 😊
I love this. I am wanting to help myself getting stronger core but also help my husband go for 0 to something. I need it to start really easy.
Is it better to do all these core work-out in succession as opposed to couple them with. Push-ups i.e 20 push-up, then switch to leg flutter? Thx
How many reps and sets do you recommend ?
Phenomenal video!!!!! Thank you 🙏🏻 this is helpful to everyone!
How long does on hold the incline plank for?
You make it look so easy. You’re very thorough in explaining each exercise. I’m going to give these a try. Thank you
What a boon your channel has been for our little garage group of 60years + participants! You compact so much information into such a short time frame, a lot of us watch the clip several times to absorb the information. That’s a good thing because as elderly people you allow us to understand the “why” and not just the “how” for a lot of movements. It’s such a brilliant reference channel that we always refer new members to the group to it after class so they can get a detailed explanation of “why” we do things and don’t allow the workout to get bogged down with talking. We have come to trust this channel as our “Cori Cures All” Encyclopedia for new ideas and variations on movements older folk have trouble with. Thank you from all of us ❤️
Amazing!
On seated hinge men might find it helpful to have feet hooked under something; centre of gravity is higher up in male bodies.
My stomachmuscles shake real bad when I engage them 😬 I bet you I’m so unfit they are panicking
How many times a week do you need to work on your core to see a difference in definition? I have been doing strength workouts four times a week and have noticed some changes and toning, but my abs/ core to look at doesn’t seem to be looking much different! I do struggle with push ups and anything that puts pressure on my wrists for too long and can be quite painful.
I love watching your videos and how you explain them so well, would love to see more definition what am I doing wrong?
Any feed back would be great!
Thank you for sharing the moves. This will definitely help me build up an stronger mind-body connection, which is my key focus to understanding my body and progress further with my fitness level 😊
thought these looked EASY…Realized I have a long way to go. The pushup thing where you do the row. Im like…cmon! how bout a challenge. Until I tried it…Im starting elevated because Im a core
wus….but man, sure feel it.
This great coaching. Thanks. Already trying it and like the way it works!
Do you have any on line routines ?
Coming back to say once again how awesome this is – it really is such a great introduction to core work.
Augmenting the senses on the movement good for sense of difficulty.
fall in laaaav with the fluffy wooled white dog , who else!??
Great advice thank you !
Fantastic !!
This is great, I hope you also do some series of a workout routine like a flow movement / workout we can follow without the explanation. Thanks 💗
Will you please include proper breathing?
First time watching, love the content!
Appreciate the detailed explanation 👍. Your pup can definitely defend🐕🦺
This was great as I need to restart my abs 🙂
I can hear her much better with the captioning.
none of those engage my abs. is this a step down from this?
Where have you been all this time ? Or what I was actually watching until today ? I'm glad I found you.
Such a cute doggie at end 😍
I was shocked to see only 142 comments, then looked up at the number of views, almost 5 thousand. Laughed and knew that the majority of us are too busy to comment, because we are actually doing the moves and learning from one of the best. Thank you!
For everything.
Hands down I think Cori has the best fitness channel on YouTube. She’s so knowledgeable and explains everything with good detail. I’m wondering, I’ll be starting with these four exercise – what should be a base number of reps/sets? I walk 3kms everyday but need to focus on my core and building strength.👍🏻 Thanks for your videos!
I love your explanation of each exercise tanks
And included a little additional fluffy abs trainer at the end 😁
Thank you! Few tutorials acknowledge that some people really have to build their core from scratch.
Came here after almost hurting my neck and feeling completely dispirited by a different "beginner" core exercise video. No shame, no pushing, just good advice. Perhaps you have already done this, but would you provide some information on when a person should consider themselves more than a beginner? Yes, some of us are that clueless.
Great video. That bull dog is tough!
Thanks for your videos… You're the best fitness instructor on the Internet… You explain everything so well, and in detail.. I've been doing core exercises for a while now (because of lower back pain) I've never noticed any difference because I was doing them just slightly wrong… After watching your videos I've adjusted my workouts and definitely feel the difference…. Thanks so much.. Greetings from the UK 🇬🇧
Amazing educational videos!
