Scapular pinches are one of my fav as I literally feel crackling between my shoulder blades as i feel like my muscle knots are opening really great for breastfeeding moms just what i needed. My upper back pain is getting better too thanks to these exercises ❤️

Hi there, thank you so much for this video. It has really helped me. I am 2 months post partum and want to get moving while strengthening everything. I have started doing this workout and walking. It has really helped me so much especially as a breastfeeding momma. My shoulders and neck thank you! My question to you is how long would you recommend that I do this before moving on to another workout? Also, are there any workout videos that you could recommend for when that time comes? My biggest concern is diastasis recti. This is my 5th baby so I know that my abdominal muscles are shot. Thank you so much once again and be safe out there.🙂
